Thousands of mourners and uniformed police officers gathered Saturday morning around the Christ Tabernacle Church in Queens for the funeral of one of the two NYPD officers shot to death one week ago. Vice President Joe Biden and New York City mayor Bill de Blasio both delivered remarks at Rafael Ramos's funeral. Both Ramos and his partner, Wenjian Liu, were posthumously promoted to detectives first grade.
