Thousands took to the streets of London on Saturday to protest the United Kingdom’s vote to leave the European Union. The rally, dubbed the “March for Europe,” was organized on social media to encourage leaders to prevent an exit from the EU, which a majority of U.K. residents voted for in a referendum last month. Organizers of Saturday’s rally say that referendum was not fair, as the Brexit campaign in favor of leaving the EU was “full of misinformation.” The rally was set to see demonstrators march along a two-mile stretch from Hyde Park to Parliament.
