More than 3,000 people in the United Kingdom stripped down and painted themselves blue on Saturday in a massive art display. In Hull, participants from more than 20 countries layed on their sides in a project dubbed “Sea of Hull,” created by a New York artist, Spencer Tunick. They also took over a park and a bridge in the city, which was marking its U.K. City of Culture celebration.
