Three men were indicted on Friday by a federal grand jury for causing a Los Angeles-area wildfire on January 16 that ended up burning five homes and three square miles. Clifford Henry Jr., Steven Aguirre and Jonathan Jarrell were charged on Friday with six counts and could face up to 12 years in prison. Police say the men set a campfire in the Angeles National Forest during Santa Ana winds, which mean extreme fire danger. The three men say the wind blew burning paper into some brush, sparking the fire.
