Police said five people were shot, including three children, on Indianapolis’ northwest side on Sunday. The children—ages 6, 3, and an infant—were taken to a hospital along with the two adult female victims. All five were in serious condition. It’s unclear what led to the shooting, but police confirmed they are looking for three suspects who drove away from the scene. The shooting happened inside a townhome and there was no sign of forced entry, leading police to believe the victims knew their shooters.
