It looks like Tiger Woods is going to rehabilitate his image 140 characters at a time. On Wednesday morning, the scandal-plagued golfer tweeted, “What’s up Everyone. Finally decided to try out twitter!” The social networking site verified the account, and Woods has seemingly been gaining hundreds of new followers per minute since. Technically, the disgraced golfer isn’t new to Twitter—he sent three previous posts dated June 26, 2009, promoting social media accounts and his official website. Wednesday’s tweet marks the first message that sounds like it might actually come from Woods and not a public relations team.
