The Philadelphia Eagles are planning to sign quarterback Tim Tebow on Monday as they head into offseason training, Fox Sports reports. The Eagles reportedly spent time with Tebow's quarterbacks coach Tom House and intend to use him as a fourth quarterback for their offseason program. Tebow hasn't step foot in an NFL regular season game since 2012, but was brought in for a workout with the Eagles last month.
