T.J. Lavin, the host of MTV’s The Challenge, is in a medically induced coma, TMZ reports. The BMX rider lost control of his bike at a Thursday evening event in Las Vegas. After hitting a dirt ramp, Lavin crashed during a jump. He was brought to University Medical Center hospital and was put into a medically induced coma, according to TMZ. The site reports Lavin is in critical condition and is experiencing brain swelling.
