Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have reached a settlement in their divorce, TMZ reports. The agreement will not be finalized until Affleck finishes rehabilitation. According to TMZ, the pair will share custody of their three children and their work schedules will determine who is in charge of the kids at any given time. They also reportedly divided their assets after a process complicated because they didn’t have a prenuptial agreement. The couple announced the end of their relationship in 2015. Affleck said over a year ago that he completed rehabilitation for alcoholism, but appears to have relapsed.
