A small toddler managed to crawl his way through the bars of the White House security fence Tuesday morning, making headlines as the tiniest intruder ever. Officers with the Secret Service’s Uniformed Division shut down access to the complex for a short period of time while they reunited the curious kid with his parents. The incident may mark the first successful intrusion onto the grounds since the fence was raised to thirteen feet, the Associated Press reports.
