Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson’s Los Angeles home has been broken into. TMZ was the first to report on the A-list couple’s burglary, which happened a few weeks ago. According to the outlet, the thieves gained entry by breaking through glass in the guest house. Hanks and Wilson were out of town during the burglary, and TMZ reports it occurred in “broad daylight.” It’s unknown what was stolen, and the two don’t appear to have been specifically targeted. No arrests have been made in the case, and Wilson and Hanks have yet to comment. The two are just the most recent victims in a string of celebrity break-ins. Just last month, TMZ reported that social media star Bhad Bhabie’s home was burglarized. Wilson most recently took to her Instagram on Sunday to wish her and Hanks’ youngest son, Chet, a happy birthday. “You came out curious, alert, aware. You always have and always do make us laugh so hard,” her caption on a carousel of photos read in part.
