The divorce between Tony Parker and Eva Longoria is getting stickier: The NBA star filed for divorce Friday in Texas, although the actress had already filed in California two days earlier. One reason for the double divorce could be because one can obtain a divorce in Texas in as little as 60 days, according to TMZ, who obtained Parker’s court documents. Another explanation is the fact that Texas has no allowance for alimony. Unlike the divorce papers Longoria filed, Parker’s do not mention the prenuptial agreement the couple reportedly signed.
