Police in Montreal have arrested one of America’s 10 most-wanted suspects. Thirty-five-year-old Katay-Khaophone Sychantha, who has a telltale partially amputated middle finger, was detained on drug charges during a routine patrol. He is an alleged drug-trafficker with a $25,000 reward on his head in the U.S and was also wanted by police in Ontario for alleged drug crimes. He faces possible extradition to the U.S. American officials say Sychantha has a history of violence and has made reported threats against federal agents.
