Virginia Sen. Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, said Sunday that he wants former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn to testify as part of the congressional probe into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election. “I believe, considering Gen.
