Teresa Shea, one of America's top spies, is leaving her position at the National Security Agency amid growing disclosures of possible conflicts of interest at the agency, BuzzFeed reports. The shakeup comes a month after the news site began reporting on the financial interests of Shea and her husband James Shea. Teresa Shea was director of Signals Intelligence, or SIGINT, which intercepts and decodes electronic communications via phones, email, chat, Skype and radio. BuzzFeed reported in September that a SIGNIT consulting company was registered at Shea's house and that the resident agent was listed as her husband. Recent reports also said the NSA's chief technology officer was allowed to work 20 hours a week for a company owned by the agency's former director.
