A tourist boast capsized off the coast of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula on Sunday, with one passenger confirmed dead and eight more missing. The nationality of the drowned passenger has not been confirmed; seven of the missing persons are American. The tourist boat sank in the Sea of Cortez after encountering bad weather.
