As always, Apple fans lined up early to get their new phones, the iPhone 4S. But with the recent death of Steve Jobs, the gadget release was also a bit of a memorial. Customers in Sydney and Tokyo brought flowers, candles, and photo shrines to set up outside the stores. In Los Gatos, California, Steve Wozniak, Apple employee No. 1, got in line around noon and camped over night. Apple customers approached him with condolences and requests to sign their devices. Apple says it took more than one million online orders in the first 24 hours after the phone's release, compared to 600,000 for the iPhone 4.
