Walmart driver charged with aggravated manslaughter.

A New Jersey grand jury indicted the Walmart truck driver who crashed into the limo carrying Tracy Morgan in a 2014, killing one man and severely injuring the comedian, ABC News reported Wednesday. Kevin Roper, who was driving on the New Jersey Turnpike when the crash occurred, was indicted on a charge of aggravated manslaughter.
