Trump Expects to ‘Quickly’ Revoke DOJ Official Bruce Ohr’s Security Clearance
Speaking to reporters Thursday, President Donald Trump says he expects to “quickly” revoke the security clearance for Bruce Ohr, the Department of Justice official whose wife worked for the firm involved in the Trump dossier. “I suspect I’ll be taking it away very quickly. For him to be in the Justice Department and doing what he did, that is a disgrace,” Trump said. Ohr is set to testify before House Republicans next month about his contacts with the firm Fusion GPS, which hired Christopher Steele to write the dossier. Ohr’s wife, Nellie Ohr, is a consultant and Russia specialist who worked for Fusion GPS during the 2016 campaign.
