President Trump mocked new presidential hopeful Beto O’Rourke for his emphatic hand gestures Thursday, wondering aloud if the liberal Texas candidate is “crazy.” When asked about O’Rourke’s Thursday morning announcement that he’ll be competing in the Democratic 2020 primaries, Trump told reporters that “I think he’s got a lot of hand movement.” “I’ve never seen so much hand movement,” Trump added. “Is he crazy, or is that just the way he acts?”
