President-elect Donald Trump has tapped former Texas governor and Dancing With the Stars contestant Rick Perry for energy secretary. Perry famously forgot the name of that department during a Republican presidential primary debate in 2012. “It’s three agencies of government when I get there that are gone—Commerce, Education and the um, what’s the third one there? Let’s see,” Perry said. Later, he added, “Oops.”
