President Trump on Wednesday retweeted a Thanksgiving Day post from @MikePenceVP bashing former opponent Hillary Clinton. The problem? @MikePenceVP isn’t the handle of the real Mike Pence—who tweets with @VP—and instead belongs to a right-wing troll account. Trump apparently didn’t notice the discrepancy, and proudly reposted the tweet, which read “I’m thankful for every day Hillary Clinton is not President!” The owner of the fake account, in an apparent attempt to clarify his identity for the president, has since changed his Twitter name from “The Vice President” to “VP Fan.”
