Speaker of the House Paul Ryan will broker a meeting between Donald Trump and House Republican leaders next Thursday morning. The announcement comes one day after Ryan announced that he was “just not ready” to back Trump’s presidential bid. In his own Thursday statement, Trump fired back that he was “not ready to support Speaker Ryan’s agenda.”
“I’ve invited @realDonaldTrump for a meeting with GOP leaders next week, and I look forward to the discussion,” Ryan tweeted Friday.
