President Trump on Tuesday urged North Korean leaders to “come to the table” over the issue of its nuclear arsenal. At a press conference with South Korean President Moon Jae-in, Trump said he “hoped to God” that he would never have to use the U.S. military in an all-out war against Pyongyang. Trump called for both Russia and China to put pressure on North Korea, pleading that the isolated nation “do the right thing, not only for North Korea but for humanity all over the world.”
