President Donald Trump on Friday announced that he will nominate Acting Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie to fill the position on a permanent basis. Ronny Jackson, withdrew his name from consideration after more than 20 military employees approached the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs with allegations about his workplace misconduct.
