President Trump tried to push Republicans into continuing their efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act, tweeting Saturday, “Unless the Republican Senators are total quitters, Repeal & Replace is not dead! Demand another vote before voting on any other bill!” The seven-year Republican effort to repeal Obamacare seemingly died Thursday after the Senate failed to pass a last-ditch “skinny repeal” of the healthcare law. The tweet came just hours after the president threatened to withhold payments for low-income Americans under Obamacare and after a morning rant about Senate rules.
