President Donald Trump’s former bodyguard’s private-security firm has been receiving $15,000-per-month payments from the Republican National Committee. Filings show that the “security services” consulting is for the party’s convention in 2020. Campaign finance experts say the payment could be operating as a poorly regulated “slush fund.” Schiller left the White House last fall, and testified last year to the House Intelligence Committee about allegations of Trump-Russia connections outlined in the infamous dossier. He reportedly denied that Trump engaged with prostitutes in Moscow, as alleged in the dossier.
