So it turns out Arizona can commit someone: An Arizona shooting victim has been formally charged after making a death threat against a Tea Party leader on Saturday. Eric J. Fuller will be involuntary committed for a psychiatric evaluation and held for at least 72 hours, authorities say. He’s been charged with threats, intimidation, and disorderly conduct. However, it’s up to Trent Humphries, the Tucson Tea Party founder threatened by Fuller, to press charges. Fuller shouted “You’re dead” at Humphries during a television town hall meeting on Saturday.
