Large areas of Turkey went dark Tuesday, as an unexplained blackout swept across the country. The loss of power even affected the country’s air-traffic-control system, and mass-transit systems in Istanbul and Ankara. Authorities say they’re not ruling out the possibility of a cyberattack.
