David Lynch’s cult classic Twin Peaks is back, and much to fans’ appreciation, so are a lot of the key members of the cast. The Showtime reboot has finished filming, and released a full list of who’s in and who’s not. You’ll have to wait until 2017 to see the Showtime premiere, but in the meantime, The Daily Beast has put together some familiar faces who are definitely coming back to the creepy Washington town.
The FBI agent with a penchant for cherry pie, Tibet, and, excuse us, a damn fine cup of coffee, is back. When we last left the sage investigator, Dale Cooper’s soul was trapped in Black Lodge limbo and his body taken over by the maniacal spirit of BOB.

When Shelly Johnson wasn’t slinging heavenly pies at the Double R Diner, she was canoodling with rebellious football captain Bobby Briggs. With her psychotic trucker-husband out of the picture, Shelly and Bobby may end up together after all.
She’s filled with secrets. Troubled homecoming queen Laura Palmer also returns to Twin Peaks. At the series finale, the drug-addled girl-next-door told Agent Cooper she’d see him again in 25 years. Thankfully, it’s a promise she can keep.

High school bad boy Bobby Briggs was Laura Palmer’s boyfriend and coke dealer, though he secretly wooed waitress Shelly Johnson and proposed to her before the series ended. His Air Force dad, Major Garland Briggs, was involved in top-secret intel on UFOs. Fans are hoping Major Briggs will rescue Agent Cooper from the Black Lodge’s supernatural purgatory.

She was Twin Peak’s ultimate cool girl: smoking in the girls’ bathroom, swapping saddle shoes for red heels, and swaying to dark, suspenseful jazz at the Double R’s jukebox. Audrey Horne’s crush on Agent Cooper led her to a brothel to help his murder probe. In the series finale, Horne was protesting to save a local forest when a bomb went off. Now it looks like our favorite small-town vixen survived.

She’s the proprietress of the Double R Diner and a former Miss Twin Peaks. But Norma Jennings was also the secret lover of Big Ed Hurley, her married high school sweetheart and unofficial sheriff’s deputy. With Ed and his one-eyed wife, Nadine, also returning, it looks like Norma’s suitor will have one big decision to make.
