He's still on the hook for a hit-and-run, but Chris Brown had two additional charges against him from a car crash in May dismissed. Brown had been charged with a hit-and-run misdemeanor as well as driving without a license or insurance after a May collision, but he insists he stopped to talk to the other driver, Olga Gure-Kovalenko. The misdemeanor case is particularly important, since Brown is still on probation for his 2009 conviction for beating Rihanna and could face up to four years in jail for a probation violation.
