At least two people were killed and another 22 injured Saturday night at a Houston house party filled mainly with teens and young adults. More than 100 people were at the party celebrating a birthday, the sheriff’s office said. The injuries ranged from serious to non-threatening, including three who were not shot but wounded in the resulting chaos as partygoers tried to rush out of the house after the shooting. Police said that people jumped from second-floor windows, and so many people tried to flee from the garage that they pushed it forward and pushed it off its tracks. Investigators are still trying to figure out what prompted the shooting.
