Two Killed at Workplace Shooting

Two people have been killed and six wounded at a rock quarry in Cupertino, Calif. A disgruntled employee, alleged to be Shareef Allman, 45, opened fire during a workplace meeting at Hanson Permanente quarry. He then fled the scene and carjacked a woman after shooting her in the leg at the nearby Hewlett-Packard campus. He is armed with an automatic weapon and a handgun, and is now hiding in a house in Sunnyvale. The school district says parents can keep their children home.
