Gunman opened fire through the wall.

A gunman armed with an automatic pistol and scope opened fire on a meeting of town supervisors in Ross Township, Pennsylvania, on Monday. He apparently shot through the wall, killing three and wounding two others. “I saw smoke and plaster flying out, blowing out through the walls,” a reporter in attendance wrote. The gunman then returned to his car for a second weapon and entered the building, where he was tackled and shot by a meeting attendee.
