Police have put two North Carolina schools on lockdown after one student was shot in the neck. Students say they heard a “pop” but saw neither the shooter nor a gun. All of the students are being held inside the school while police investigate what happened. The one victim, a girl between 15 and 17 years old, was eating lunch outside when she was shot.
