Two people died as a result of a sky-diving mishap Sunday evening near the Cape Cod Airfield in Massachusetts. The pair were sky diving in tandem, but landed at Race Lane in Marstons Mills, which is beyond the intended area. It is unclear what caused the accident and whether any equipment malfunctioned. “It is very sad,” said Barnstable Police Sgt. David Myett. “But we don’t have many details.” It marked the second deadly sky-diving accident in Massachusetts in just two months. In August, 37-year-old Daniel Perline was killed in Pepperell.
