Two U.S. soldiers were killed late Friday when their Apache helicopter crashed in a training area at Fort Campbell, the U.S. Army said Saturday. The soldiers were identified only as members of the 101st Airborne Divison’s 101st Combat Aviation Brigade. The cause of the crash, which occurred during routine training, is under investigation. The incident comes after a spate of military helicopter crashes in recent months, with four crew members of a Marine helicopter presumed dead in another crash earlier this week.
