A security breat at Uber in 2014 may have compromised more than 50,000 drivers, exposing their names and driver's license numbers to an "unauthorized third party." According to the company's managing counsel of data privacy Katherine Tassi, the breach, which occured on May 13, 2014, was discovered on September 17, 2014. It includes both former and current drivers. Uber has begun to reach out to those with infomriation exposed.
