Orlando, Florida police arrested an Uber driver on Wednesday night and charged him with battery after he allegedly stuck his hand down a woman's shirt. Ramy Botros drove around town aimlessly, police said, before making comments about how pretty the woman looked and then touching her. Police said that Botros told them in his country if a woman dresses a certain way "they are asking for that." Harassment by Uber drivers against women is said to be a major problem, facilitated in part by weak background checks for drivers.
