According to Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck, UCLA shooter Mainak Sarkar intended to kill two professors. Sarkar's “kill list” was reportedly discovered at his Minnesota home, and it included two professors, including William S. Klug—who was murdered at the UCLA campus—along with a woman, identified by neighbors as Ashley Hasti, whom authorities found dead at her Brooklyn Park home.
