Ukraine PM Offers to Quit

Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has offered to resign in an effort to quell the violent protests ravaging the country. In addition, President Viktor Yanukovich agreed to repeal some of the anti-protest laws that have fueled the latest round of unrest. The opposition has declined offers of political titles, including the office of prime minister, which suggests it is holding out for greater concessions, including amnesty for detained protestors.
