An “all-for-all” exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and pro-Russia separatists took place late Friday. 150 Ukrainian government troops held by separatists were exchanged for 225 prisoners of war, though the delay in making the trade—which had originally been scheduled for earlier in the week—contributed to the breakdown of peace talks which were supposed to resume Friday.
