The UN's nuclear agency released a report late Thursday saying that Iran has kept true to the preliminary deal struck in January over its nuclear program. The report says the country has not restarted enriching uranium to near-weapons grade, and construction at the Arak reactor is still frozen. The preliminary deal was meant to give Iran as well as six other major powers time to work out a long-term agreement limiting the country's nuclear program.
