A coalition of U.S. allies has agreed to send about 1,500 forces to Iraq in order to train soldiers in the fight against ISIS. These troops will be added to the 3,100 that President Obama has authorized already. ISIS, he said, has been on the defense as Iraqi and Kurdish forces gain ground.
