The U.S. and coalition forces aimed 16 airstrikes at ISIS in Iraq on Friday, along with six in Syria, according to a statement from the U.S. military. One strike hit an ISIS checkpoint and destroyed a storage container; six strikes hit a tactical unit near Mosul. In Syria, strikes hit targets near Al Haskah, Ar Raqqah and Tal Abyad.
