The U.S. State Department announced Tuesday that it would be providing an additional $364 million in humanitarian aid to Syria, for citizens embroiled in the country’s civil war. Assistant Secretary of State for Population, Refugees, and Migration Anne Richard said the money would help both those in Syria and Syrians who have fled the country.
