A U.S. Army solider stationed in Hawaii has been arrested on suspicion of attempting to provide military documents and training to ISIS, the Army said in a statement Monday. Ikaika Kang, 34, allegedly swore allegiance to ISIS. The FBI had been investigating him for over a year, the Army said in its statement. The agency believes Kang to have acted alone.
