Syrian-based ISIS leader Charaffe al Mouadan, who authorities say has links to the Nov. 13 terror attacks in Paris, was among 10 militants killed on Christmas Eve in U.S.-led airstrikes, the BBC reported Tuesday. The Department of Defense made the announcement at the Pentagon but has not disclosed which nation was responsible for the deaths.
