U.S., Russia Make Nukes Deal

Medvedev, have broken through a logjam in their arms-control negotiations and expect to sign a new treaty in Prague next month that would slash American and Russian nuclear arsenals." Both sides will be required to reduce their nuclear arsenals by more than one quarter, to 1,600 each. Eventually, Obama hopes for both countries to reduce their arsenals to 1,000 warheads each.
