The Pentagon has secretly begun sending spy drones into Mexico to monitor the drug trade. The operation began last month with the hopes of gathering evidence that can then be handed over to Mexican authorities. The biggest snag so far? A drone helped locate suspects in the murder of U.S. ICE agent Jaime Zapata. President Obama and Mexican President Felipe Calderon agreed to continue the monitoring on March 3.
